Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and clutter-free washing area.
Properly wash, sort, and store soiled dishes and tableware on appropriate shelves.
Keep dish area floors clean and dry throughout the shift.
Remove trash and maintain waste areas at the end of each shift.
Organize and maintain the dry storage area and storage shelves.
Clean and maintain the dishwashing machine after each shift to ensure optimal performance.
Ideal Candidate:
This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Physical stamina and the ability to multitask are essential.

• Maintains a clean washing area, properly washed and sorts soiled dishes.
• Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift
• Properly washes, stacks and stores tableware in the correct storage shelves.
• Remove trash at the end of each shift.
• Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
• Maintain dish machine ensure it’s clean after each shift.
