Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Crew member. This role involves ensuring smooth dining operations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare the dining hall for opening and closing operations.
Welcome customers warmly, assist them in settling down, and guide them on the ordering system.
Serve food promptly and politely to ensure a positive dining experience.
Address customer inquiries about services, menus, offers, or other product-related questions.
Clear tables and remove unwanted dishes to maintain a clean dining area.
Assist kitchen staff when needed to support seamless operations.
Monitor and record fridge temperatures to comply with food safety standards.
Bid farewell to customers as they leave the restaurant.
