Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing & Partnership Executive to join our team. This role involves managing both physical and digital marketing initiatives, developing and maintaining partnerships, executing monthly promotional strategies, overseeing e-commerce activities, and creating impactful marketing content. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to foster relationships with various partners.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Physical Marketing:




  • Retail Store:





    • Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.




    • Organize and manage workshops and events to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.





Digital Marketing:




  • Online & Offline Partnerships:





    • Identify and establish partnerships with stockists, credit card companies, e-commerce platforms, group buys, and social media influencers.




    • Coordinate with partners to create collaborative marketing campaigns and promotions.





  • E-commerce Management:





    • Update and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy and appeal.




    • Plan and run e-commerce campaigns to boost online sales and visibility.





  • Content Marketing:





    • Create engaging EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) to communicate with customers, promote products, and drive traffic.




    • Develop and execute LinkedIn content marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and attract potential partners.





Promotions and Initiatives:




  • Monthly Initiatives/Promos:





    • Plan, propose, and execute monthly promotional ideas to boost B2C sales through various channels, including the retail store, pop-up stores, and online platforms.




    • Analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities and adjust strategies accordingly.





Ad Hoc Responsibilities:




  • Popup Store:





    • Plan and manage pop-up store events to expand brand reach and generate sales.





  • Activations:





    • Develop and execute brand activations to engage customers and promote products.





  • Other Duties:





    • Handle additional tasks related to third-party partnerships and marketing as needed.





Qualifications




  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and B2C sales strategies.




  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.




  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative marketing ideas.




  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including EDM and LinkedIn.
