Key Responsibilities
-Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out via the hotel’s smart kiosk system.
-Respond to guest inquiries and service requests through in-person, phone, or digital channels.
-Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure guest safety.
-Monitor CCTV and access control systems; report any suspicious activity or incidents.
-Act as the first responder in emergencies, including fire alarms, medical situations, or guest disturbances.
-Perform nightly audits, reconcile transactions, and prepare shift reports.
-Ensure cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces and co-living areas.
-Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for next-day operations.
-Uphold ST Signature’s brand values and maintain a welcoming, secure environment.
Requirements
-Prior experience in front office, security, or hospitality preferred; fresh graduates with strong initiative are welcome.
-Comfortable working night shifts independently, including weekends and public holidays.
-Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanour.
