Key Responsibilities:
Train and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere for diners.
Oversee food presentation and supermarket product displays to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Interact with customers to ensure food quality and satisfaction.
Review customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Report incidents, accidents, and customer feedback to superiors.
Perform cashier duties, including processing transactions accurately.
Place purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
Assist in day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
