Baristas need a variety of skills to perform their job duties, including:
Customer service ,Coffee knowledge ,Efficiency ,Attention to detail ,Cash handling, Inventory management, Equipment maintenance

Barista shoul be friendly and professional . Basic coffee knowlegde is advantage . Should be able to work fast and efficient.Barista should also keep thier work station clean at all times .
